Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to this website. We value the intellectual property rights of others just as we expect others to value ours. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a copyright owner or their representative can issue a takedown notice to us through our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are shielded from liability by the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions. To submit a valid infringement claim, you must provide specific information in your notice to us.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted material that has been infringed;
  3. Details of the infringing material and how to locate it;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party;
  5. A statement of good faith belief that unauthorized use has occurred;
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, confirming the accuracy of the information and the authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Section 17 USC §512(f) outlines penalties for misrepresenting information in a copyright infringement claim. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email.

We may disclose the identity and details of the copyright infringement claim to the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge and agree to this disclosure.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice due to a copyright claim, you can provide a counter notification to request the restoration of the material. Your counter notification must include certain elements as per 17 USC Section 512(g)(3).

  1. Your signature;
  2. Description of the taken down material and its original location;
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the takedown was due to mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Submit your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy against copyright infringement. Under the DMCA, we track repeat infringers and terminate their accounts if they violate our policy.
